Background : Stunting is public health problem that is associated with an increased risk of illness and inhibition ogf both motor and mental growth. Data obnaid from the darul Imarah public health center Aceh besar district for the period Jnauary to December 2021, the number of boddles aged 1-5 years who were weighed was 3,112 people ant the number of toddlers experiencing stunting was 464 people (14,9%). The
number of children under five who experienced stunting in April 2022 was 84 people.
The Purpose : To the determinant of stunting in toddlers during the COVID1-19 period in the Darul Imarah health center work area Aceh Besar district in 2022.
The Research : The research method use analytic with a cross sectional approach. The samples in this study was stunting toddlesr as many as 84 people. Ehen the research was conducted on 10-25 May 2022, the data anlysis used was univariat and bivariate with a chi square statistic test.
The Results : that from 84 respondents who experienced stunting in the short category as many 54 people (64,3%), had knowledge of less category as many as 35 people (41,7%), income tge category below the UMP as much as 44 people (52,4%) and the provision of food the less category is 45 people (53,6%) with p value for knowledge 0,001 with OR 5.200, income 0,002 with OR 5,163 and feeding 0,003 with OR 4,779.
Conclusion and suggestions : There is a relationship between knowledge of income and giving feeding with stunting in toodlesr. Expected for mother who have toodlers to increase knowledge about stunting by extracting information from several sources expecially from health stunting.
