Background : of Covid-19 has an impact on all sectors including helath srvices one of which is immunization service complete basic immunization coverarge for infants in themworld only reaches 45%. Data obtained from tangse public health center pidie regency for the period January to Agustus 2021, the number og babies was 431 people and only 43 people (9,9%) received complete basic immunization with a target of 95%.
The Purpose : this study aims to determine the factors that influence basic immunization visits for infants during the Covid-19 pandemic un the tangse health center pidie regency in 2022.
The Research : The researche method uses analytic approach cross sectional. The sampel in this study were mothers who have children aged 13-24 months as many as 54 perople, when the study was conducted on January 20 Februari 5 2022 the data analysis used was univariate and bivariate with chi square statistical tes.
The Results : there is an effect of knowledge on the completenens of complete basic immunization with a value of P value 0,002, there is and influence of attitude on completeness of complete basic immunization with a value pf p value 0,010, there is an
influence anxiety on complemeteness of complete basic immunization with a value of p value (0,003).
Conclusion and suggestions : There is a influence of knowledge, attitude and anxiety with complete adast immunization, it is hoped that helatht workers wil improve helatt
servoces and provide information to the public, especially mother who have babies about the importance of complet basic immunization by holding helath education and counseling about basic immnuzation.
