Hubungan Tingkat Stres Dan Aktivitas Fisik Dalam Menghadapi Proses Pembuatan KTI Dengan Siklus Menstruasi Pada Mahasiswa Tingkat III Prodi D-III Kebidanan Banda Aceh Poltekkes Kemenkes Aceh
Abnormalities of menstruation is a physical or mental problem that affects the menstrual cycle, causing pain, unusual bleeding or a little more, late menarche or the loss of a particular menstrual cycle. Preliminary survey conducted on 10 students of Muhammadiyah Department of Midwifery shows 6 people with regular menstrual cycles, where 4 people experience mild activity and 2 suffered heavy activity, 4 people experience mild stress and two people experiencing severe stress. Respondents with irregular menstrual cycles by 4 people, with 3 people having strenuous activity and one person suffered mild, 2 mild stress and two people experiencing severe stress. Objective: To determine the relationship of stress and levels of physical activity in the face of KTI manufacturing process with the menstrual cycle in third level students Prodi D-III Midwifery Aceh Banda Aceh Polytechnic MoH. Methods: This study used a descriptive survey method with cross sectional analytic. Sampling using the total population with a sample size 94 respondents. Data collection by questionnaires.
