Prevelancy Hypertion in Indonesia reached 31,7%, while in Aceh, prevalence reached 30.2 %. PHC Peukan Bada recorded 515 cases of hypertension (2011). The objective of this study is to find out smoker risk factor on hypertension patient at work area of health center Peukan Bada Great Aceh in 2014. This study is descriptive Analytic Survey with case control study approach. Population and sample of this study is 84 people that comprise of 42 people are hypertension patients as case and 42 people are not hypertension patients as control.
