LUARAN PENELITIAN : EVALUASI PROGRAM AUDIT MATERNAL PERINATAL (AMP) DI TIGA KABUPATEN (KABUPATEN ACEH TIMUR, KOTA LANGSA DAN ACEH TAMIANG

Abstract

The government has created a program to assess the implementation of health services provided to mothers and children, so that obstacles that arise due to obstetric and neonatal emergencies can be overcome. The program in question is the Neonatal Maternal Audit (AMP). In Langsa City, AMP has been implemented, but cases of maternal and infant mortality are still very high. The purpose of this study was to analyze the evaluation of the maternal perinatal audit (AMP) program in Langsa City. This study uses a survey research type with a cross sectional design. This research was carried out at the Langsa City Health Office with the research subject being the Mother and Child Program Holders
at the Puskesmas and Hospitals as well as the Maternal Perinatal Audit Program Implementation team at the Health Office. The results of the study obtained that the average tenure of the implementing team was between 5 years and the average age was 38 years, the average education was D3 Midwifery, had received material and training on AMP and AMP-SR, already had an AMP implementation manual, had done verbal autopsies, but only a few perform medical records. It is necessary to strengthen materials and training on AMP-SR to implementers of the maternal perinatal audit program in Langsa City.
