Street food is a health risk for the hygienic handling often not allow street food contaminated by toxic microbes. Many snacks that do not meet food safety requirements thus endangering the health of millions of children of primary school. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes toward student behavior on sanitation hygiene of street food in SDN I Paya Bujok Tunong Langsa Year 2014 This research is analytic cross sectional design. This study was conducted on Desember 2014. population in this study were all students in grade IV to grade V SDN 1 Paya Bujok Tunong totaling 136 students. The number of samples in this study were as many as 58 respondents to be sampled to be studied, which is obtained by using by using Slovin formula. Chi Square statistical test results against the results obtained knowledge variables, chi-square count> chi-square table (22.704> 9.487) and a p value.
