Irene’s Donuts is an interactive program in computer program form/ manual version which gives understanding about caries risk factor early so that early prevention is important to do through participation of parents. This research to know the effectiveness implementation of Irene’s Donuts Method (UKGS Innovative) against knowledge, attitude, mother’s practice, and caries risk score in class I elementary school students of SDN 33 Banda Aceh. This research use quasi-experimental by pre test and post test group design. The research subject is entire class I elementary school student of SDN 33 Kota Banda Aceh totaling 66 students and their parents as a respondent. Interventions are provided in the form of implementation of Irene’s donuts and the instrument of this research are questioner, caries risk simulator, check list, notebook, tape recorder, and camera. The statistical analysis for quantitative data use paired samples t-test and delta analysis, and for qualitative data use content analysis.
