Kepuasan Terhadap Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Dasar Pada Pasien Penyakit Ginjal Tahap Akhir Yang Menjalani Terapi Hemodialisa Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh
Patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) will have problems in meeting basic needs, such as feeling uncomfortable, no conviction for living / despair, the family felt ignored, unloved which makes patients more selfish, loss of appetite, and can not socialize with environment, depression, dementia, as well as sexual dysfunction, social and spiritual problems, so patients have problems in achieving satisfaction in meeting their basic needs. Haemodialisispun actions also affect the fulfillment of needs such as anorexia, nutritional deficiencies due to a lot of protein and vitamins wasted along the dialysate. This study aims to determine satisfaction with the fulfillment of basic needs in patients with end stage renal disease undergoing hemodialysis therapy in general hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. This research is descriptive exploratory cross-sectional study design. Samples were patients undergoing hemodialysis actions amounted to 58 people with Accedental sampling techniques. The data collection was carried out on 10 to 23 March 2014. Data were collected by interview using a questionnaire. Data processing stages, namely; editing, coding, Transferring and tabulating. Univariate analysis of the data in the form of a frequency distribution table. The results showed that most patients are satisfied with the fulfillment of basic needs of 36 people (62.07%).
