Efektifitas Edukasi Dengan Media Flip Chart Dalam Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil Tentang Stimulasi Janin Pralahir Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Darul Imarah Aceh Besar

A pregnant woman is important to give stimulation which is oriented to increase the potential of the intellectual power and feeling sensation / psychic. Not all mothers giving prenatal stimulation for the fetus, it is influenced by mothers' knowledge of which can be influenced by education. This study was conducted in Puskesmas Darul Imarah Aceh Besar district on 24 to 27 July 2013. The population in this study were all pregnant women who visit health centers, so the respondents got are 40 pregnant women using purposive sampling technique. Results: No significant differences in the level of knowledge pretest indicated by the value t t-table (2,165> 2,093) at posttest probability that 0026 showed no difference in the level of knowledge between them. Conclusions and Recommendations: education with a flip chart media effective in improving the knowledge of pregnant women on prenatal fetal stimulation. The suggestion health workers, especially midwives can improve education for pregnant women about prenatal fetal stimulation using media such as flip chart.
